Why Should I Sign Up For a Contractor Subscription?

Written by Alex Johnson

A paid HeyPros Contractor subscription gives you access to homeowner project leads in your selected trades and service area. You browse the available projects first and claim only the leads you want to pursue.

Your subscription includes lead credits that you use at your own pace. When you claim a lead, the homeowner’s contact information becomes available so you can reach out directly and schedule an estimate.

Choose the leads that fit your business

HeyPros doesn’t automatically send you leads and charge you for projects selected on your behalf.

Before claiming a lead, you can review the project type, general location, timing, and any additional information provided by the homeowner. If the project doesn’t fit your schedule or the type of work you want, skip it and keep looking.

Only a limited number of contractors can claim each homeowner lead through HeyPros.

Updated homeowner verification and lead targeting

We’ve made several changes to improve the quality of homeowner leads available through HeyPros:

  • Verified homeowner accounts

  • Phone number verification

  • More specific homeowner advertising and project targeting

These changes help reduce incorrect contact information and improve the connection between homeowners and contractors who perform the requested work.

Lead credits stay available until you use them

Lead credits do not expire. You do not have to claim every available lead or use all your credits within the same month.

An active paid Contractor subscription is required to access homeowner leads and use the lead credits on your account. Additional lead credits are also available for purchase when you want to add more opportunities to your pipeline.

Submit verifiable lead issues for review

An active paid subscription allows you to submit eligible lead disputes directly from the claimed lead. Issues that may qualify for review include:

  • Incorrect or disconnected contact information

  • A homeowner stating that they did not request the project

  • Incorrect project or location information

  • Duplicate, fake, or spam submissions

  • A homeowner who cannot be reached after multiple calls, texts, and follow-up attempts over several days

Disputes are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed. If approved, the eligible lead credit used to claim the lead is returned to your active HeyPros account. Leads claimed with credits previously returned through an approved dispute are not eligible for another returned credit.

To submit a request:

  1. Open the claimed lead in HeyPros.

  2. Select Report an Issue.

  3. Choose the reason that best describes the problem.

  4. Answer the follow-up questions and provide the requested information.

  5. Review your answers and submit the request.

Read the complete HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy for eligibility requirements, review criteria, and monthly limits.

Work directly with the homeowner

After claiming a lead, you contact the homeowner directly. Pricing, scheduling, estimates, contracts, and payment arrangements stay between you and the homeowner.

HeyPros does not take a percentage of the jobs you win.

Keep control of your lead pipeline

A Contractor subscription gives you the freedom to pursue homeowner projects when they fit your business. You choose which leads to claim, how quickly to use your included credits, and when to purchase more.

There is no long-term contract. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your HeyPros account settings.
