HeyPros homeowner leads are project requests from homeowners looking for contractors in their area.|
Paid HeyPros Contractors can browse available projects, review the information provided, and claim only the leads they want to pursue.
How HeyPros generates homeowner leads
HeyPros generates homeowner leads through its own marketing campaigns.
We have added:
Verified homeowner accounts
Phone number verification
More specific advertising based on the homeowner’s project
Homeowners are informed that local contractors will contact them about their quote request.
You choose which leads to claim
HeyPros shows you the available homeowner projects before you spend a lead credit.
Review the trade, general location, timing, and project information. Claim the lead when it fits your business or skip it when it does not.
HeyPros does not automatically select individual leads and charge you for them.
Competition is limited
Only a limited number of contractors can claim each homeowner lead through HeyPros.
Claiming a lead unlocks the homeowner’s contact information so you can contact them directly.
How lead credits work
Your subscription includes a set number of lead credits based on the plan or promotion selected during signup.
Lead credits do not expire. They remain on your account until you use them.
An active paid Contractor subscription is required to access homeowner leads and use your available credits. Additional credits are available for purchase through your account.
Working a claimed lead
Contact the homeowner promptly after claiming the lead.
Reference the project in your first message so the homeowner understands why you are contacting them. Calling and texting usually gives you a better chance of starting the conversation than relying on a single contact attempt.
Pricing, estimates, contracts, scheduling, and payment arrangements stay between you and the homeowner. HeyPros does not take a percentage of the job.
The HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy
If you believe a claimed lead has a verifiable issue, submit a lead dispute directly from that lead.
Issues eligible for review include:
Incorrect or disconnected contact information
A homeowner stating that they did not request the project
Incorrect project or location information
Duplicate, fake, or spam submissions
A homeowner who remains unreachable after multiple calls, texts, and follow-up attempts over several days
Other verifiable problems with the lead information
Submitting a dispute starts a review and does not guarantee approval. If approved, the eligible lead credit used to claim the lead is returned to your active HeyPros account.
Review the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy for eligibility requirements and limits.
