HeyPros lets you review available homeowner projects before deciding which leads you want to claim.
Preview an available lead
Open the HeyPros app.
Select the Leads section.
Browse the available homeowner projects.
Open a lead to review its details.
The preview shows the project type, general location, posted time, and additional information supplied by the homeowner.
Claim the lead
When you find a project you want to pursue:
Select Claim Lead.
Review the lead credit cost and your available credit balance.
Confirm the claim.
The homeowner’s contact information becomes available after the claim is completed.
Contact the homeowner
Call the homeowner promptly and send a short text that includes:
Your name
Your company
The project you are contacting them about
Continue following up when the homeowner does not answer the first attempt.
Report a problem with a claimed lead
If you believe the claimed lead has an issue eligible for review under the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy:
Open the claimed lead.
Select Report an Issue.
Choose the reason that best describes the problem.
Answer the follow-up questions.
Review and submit your request.
Submitting a dispute starts a review and does not guarantee approval. If approved, the eligible lead credit used to claim the lead is returned to your active HeyPros account.
