If you believe a claimed homeowner lead has an issue eligible for review under the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy, submit the dispute directly from that lead in the HeyPros app. This connects the dispute to the correct lead and eliminates the need to send the lead information to support separately.
Before you submit a request
You must have an active paid HeyPros subscription when the dispute is submitted and when an approved credit is returned.
The lead must have been claimed within the past 14 days.
At least 48 hours must have passed since the lead was claimed.
The dispute must be submitted from the individual lead you claimed.
Only one dispute can be submitted for the same claimed lead.
A lead claimed using a credit previously returned through an approved dispute is not eligible for another returned credit.
Approved disputes are subject to the monthly limit explained in the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy.
Review the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy before submitting a dispute.
How to submit your request
Open HeyPros and select the claimed lead you want to report.
Select Report an Issue.
Choose the reason that best describes the issue.
Answer the follow-up questions and add any requested details. The questions will change based on the reason you selected.
Review your answers and submit the request.
What happens after you submit
You will see a confirmation after the dispute is submitted. HeyPros reviews each dispute individually, and submitting one does not guarantee that a lead credit will be returned.
If the dispute is approved, the credit used to claim the lead will be returned to your active HeyPros account. You do not need to email the same dispute to support after submitting it in HeyPros.
If your subscription is not active
Lead disputes are available to active paid subscribers. If your subscription is inactive, selecting Report an Issue will direct you to the subscription screen. Your paid subscription must be active before you can submit a dispute or receive an approved credit.
Important reminder
Homeowner leads are opportunities, not guaranteed jobs or appointments. A homeowner choosing another contractor, changing their plans, disagreeing on price, or deciding not to hire does not by itself make the lead eligible for a credit refund.
For complete eligibility requirements and monthly limits, review the HeyPros Lead Dispute Policy.
