Reviews help subcontractors understand why you may not be awarding them more work, what they need to do to win higher value work orders from your team, as well as provide you a place to give positive feedback to your subs!

The first thing that needs to happen for you to be able to review a subcontractor's work is they need to submit the invoice for the work order when they've completed the job. On your end, you'll get a notification when they submit the invoice for review, or you can view them here:
Click on the work order in question, click "View Invoice":
If everything looks good and the work is satisfactory, click "Accept":
The work order will now show as Done.You should see a pop-up prompting you to leave the subcontractor a review. You can also click the three dots next to the subcontractor's name to leave a review.
You'll now be able to review the subcontractor on Quality, Timing, Communication, and leave a written review.
Once you've submitted your review, the subcontractor will be able to see your feedback, and your team will be able reference the subcontractor's rating when dispatching work orders, as well as view their past reviews in more detail on the subcontractor's profile page:
