Currently, project managers mainly deal with work orders. While they can create customers, they cannot do much after that, as project managers are not able to create nor edit projects or estimates. Project managers are also able to invite users as a contractor only.
Let's go over how project managers create work orders
1. Navigate to "Work Orders" on the sidebar menu
2. Click on "Work Order"
3. Type in the details of the work order
4. When you get to "Link to Signed Estimate", click on it to view signed estimates
5. Select the signed estimate you wish to attach to this work order
6. Continue filling out the work order's information
7. When you get to "Work Order Location", start to type in the correct address
8. When you see your address in the drop-down menu, select it. You cannot complete the work order without selecting a location from this drop-down menu!
9. If needed, you may add documentation such as job rules
10. Click "Save Draft and Continue"
11. Click on "Publish Publicly" to finalize the work order
We've finished creating our work order. Now that it's published publicly, all the contractors on our platform are able to see this work order, and make offers for it.
