The project manager of our won work order has requested a schedule change. For a schedule change to apply, the contractor must accept the change.

If the contractor does not accept the schedule change request, it will automatically be rejected 24 hours after the request!

This article will demonstrate how a contractor can accept or reject a schedule change request:

1. Head to your work order - in this case we will access it from the "Notifications" page

2. Tap on the notification

3. The work order will clearly display that a schedule change request was made. In this case, we will tap "Accept"
