​HeyPros offers a convenient invoice generator that allows contractors to generate, fill out, and send an invoice at the tap of one button. All that the contractor needs to do is complete their work, and upload pictures of their work.

After a contractor has placed an offer on a work order, won and accepted the work order, and completed their work, they gain the ability to send their invoice. Let's see how that's done:

1. Navigate to "Work Orders" on the bottom of the screen

2. Select the work order you've completed that requires an invoice

3. TAP and DRAG the menu from the bottom of the screen

4. Tap "Submit Invoice" to generate an invoice

5. You must attach a photo to present your work before sending the invoice. Tap on "Attach Photo" to select and upload a photo of your work

6. Once an image has been attached, tap "Send Invoice"

7. Your invoice has been sent, and will now require review by the project manager. You will be notified once your invoice has been accepted
