At HeyPros, we understand that your needs may change over time. If you decide that you no longer require our services, you can delete your account by following these simple steps. We're here to assist you through this process.
For Subcontractors:
Log In: Sign in to your HeyPros account.
Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of the platform.
Go to My Profile: Within Settings, find and select the My Profile section.
Delete Account: Click on Delete My Account. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.
For Tenant Owners:
As a tenant owner, your account contains more extensive data and connections. To ensure a smooth transition:
Contact Us: Please reach out to us directly for account deletion. This allows us to handle your data appropriately, potentially archiving it before deletion.
Email: Send your cancellation request and reason for cancelling to [email protected].
Question: How can I delete a contractor or staff user?
Answer: Only the primary admin of the account (typically the owner of the business or first person invited to HeyPros by our team) has the ability to delete users. They can do so by going to users, clicking the three dots next to a user's name and clicking "delete".
